THE president of the parent-teacher association of SJK(T) Cantuman Chaah in Johor has slammed the “hypocrisy” of some Tamil school teachers who do not send their children to vernacular schools, Makkal Osai reported.
The PTA has worked with various groups who have campaigned to get Indian parents to send their children to Tamil schools, Gunasekaran said.
And the parents are irked that one of the teachers at the Chaah school did not send the child to a Tamil school.
Another Tamil school headmaster in the area, who has issued press statements advocating Tamil schools, had registered his child in a national school, Gunasekaran said.
He added that if teachers had no confidence in their own schools, they should resign immediately.
